The Citigo/Mii/Up! is definitely a better car, but they cost quite a bit more too. One thing that would be a factor for me is the better crash safety of the Citigo etc. But everyone has different priorities. The deal you refer to is pretty much bound to be the base spec. model, without air conditioning, which may or may not be what you want.0

Another car worth considering of course is a Kia Picanto. If buying new then the 7 year warranty may appeal?0
