Being ignored by Ralph Lauren !!

My first post so keep with me please.
I purchased 3 items from Ralphlauren.co.uk
I want to return one of them but they are not answering the phone or my emails.
The order was placed on the 16/01/14, the total being £130 but the individual item was £63, so no section 75 help ???
The website states that a return slip would have been included in the parcel but this is not the case and there is no address on the site.
I would be grateful for any advice.

What happens when you try to call? You should get an automated menu and then into the queue once you select the relevant option?
