I have had an interesting email exchange with Dr Oetker pizzas. I emailed them because I got fed up with Asda turning down my vouchers, they are now sending me "official" printed copies of my vouchers

Oh enterprise :kisses3: its ok I know AAu is ripping the !!!!h ! No idea what was meant. Im well pleased with it. Its gorgeous on and I feel amazing in it. I'm a size 16 and this company designs for curves. Not high st that designs for slimmer girls then makes stuff bigger.

Evening all.....

Did you email the company direct Enterprise.....
I sent a complaint via the link on FB where they had complaints on to say mine were refused in A's. Excuse was A's were having trouble getting paid by Dr O due to fraudulent vouchers. A's were just not having it that they could check each of mine as they were safe coupons with individual no.s. After messaging I got a pop up saying we will reply within 48hours, this was over a week ago but have still heard nothing. :mad:
I was made to feel like a right fraud in A's with my 7 vouchers on the last evening of the offer..... I had previously only used 4, but had made last min arrangements to beg steel and borrow freezer space for the remaining 7.... And all for nothing.
I was not happy.
Can you let me know how you contacted them please. Thanks.

By that token, taking advantange of any glitches on APG or PP results etc could also fall into this definition, and the thread would be redundant?

Ultimately, A/MSM/T are in control of their websites and APG/PP results - no technical manipulation of results has taken place by the customer, they have simply taken advantage of the error by purchasing certain products (customer offered money, A/T accepted and provided the goods, A/T provided APG/PP voucher as a result)?

MSE highlights a number of price glitches including in their newsletters - is that encouraging said behaviour ...?

Genuinely interested to know but not willing to get into trouble for asking (therefore please delete Redfox if I am ).
