Yes I agree with you Tinyshoes. There are lots of cameras in Tesco s that you can t even see unless you knew what to look for I guess and they can zoom in. I would n t do this, just not worth it.

Coffee Direct via Amazon has different types of coffee for espresso, filter, Percolator etc. starting at just £2.54 for 454g - twice the 'normal' supermarket size. Add £10+ worth to your basket for free delivery.

I've ordered 20 packets on weekend at a very slightly higher price than some on there and it's already been sent out. Wanted to try a good variety as we both love our coffee.

Hmmm that might be why I haven't gone to bed yet!

Has anyone noticed if the following is also £2 in A or included in the 3 for £5 instore? Could be a trigger?

Dove Men+Care Aqua Impact Ocean Minerals Body & Face Wash
    400ml

£3.70 on A but all the other flavours are on rollback to £2 and 3 for £5.

I checked instore this morning and it appeared to be £2 (3 for £5) - however,it needs to be double checked by someone because I was a bit flustered and may have picked up the wrong one.

Went to A to get my refund this morning. Thought I would be in and out in a couple of minutes, but no I was there for 30 mins.

Explained to the customer service lady that there should be a message in their diary about a refund I am due and gift card. She asked to see my receipts and started to dispute my refund. I said I have spoke to your Head Office and this very customer service desk yesterday and I am due a refund. I asked her to check the diary as the message will be there. She refused and started to try and write on my receipts. I told her not to and she said she has to when refunding, which I said was fine when you have refunded me but you haven't yet.

She then said come and show me the products you bought on the shelves. Which I did and she then said go back to the desk as she needed to get a hand scanner to check products.

She then returned saying I had received the discount on another product in a different offer. I said this was wrong as the product had already kicked in on the other offer and can't then effect a completely different offer. She then eventually refunded me and gave the gift card.

Told the wife when I returned home and she said I should ring Head Office back as that is terrible customer service.

I rang a bit later and Head Office said it was disgusting and would ring the store for the Customer Services Manager to ring me.

She rang me about half an hour later and apologised and couldn't believe the lady who dealt with me refused to look in the hand over diary. She said she would take my concerns into the next managers meeting and try and identify training needs required by staff in store. She said I should have been refunded when I raised it the first time in store and they had wasted my time and also other staff members time. Also a £5 gift card would be left at Customer Services for me to collect.

I must say everyone I have spoke to at A on the phone have been brilliant. But face to face interaction has been appalling.

    Good for you lol
