Evening everyone
Happy birthday neosi - hope you had a fab day
Thanks to the OP who gave the heads up about free chocs/wine from T home delivery - was it fairclaire? Checked some little used accounts and have a code which works across a number of other accounts tooNo idea if already mentioned but if you have one it is a straight £7 off £40 cs - no need to buy chocs or wine. Sorry, workin n lurkin atm and have the best of intentions to catch up, but just not getting there yet
Also, this HUKD code for free delivery works on a couple of accounts (but not all) and gives £6.50 off a £40 spend (sadly the two don't combinebut can be used with in-store pps)

Free C & C in my area from Saturday and free delivery code works even if charge is zero
Loving T right now - massive savings seem to be continuing with another round of stackable cs tillspits again this week
Hope everyone had a good weekend and all are warm and safe xx0 -

I know the mindset is to go with what the scales say, but try and forget them and go by how your clothes feel....keep this at the forefront of your mind:)
Thank you :A
I know exactly what you mean, but I'm just feeling a bit sorry for myself I think- this running thing is a huge physical effort for me as well as mental- we've been out in all weathers, got soaked, blown around by the often biting wind and it would be nice if I could see that I was getting something out of it, iykwimI’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Health & Beauty, Greenfingered Moneysaving and How Much Have You Saved boards. I have the sig phrase on a t-shirt, and the painting it comes from.
Some friends bought it for me, as they thought it applied to me. (I am normally a rather taciturn person ... honest!)
On the same subject, I once said this phrase to a friend who is 'a bit of a gabber', shall we say. I must have been getting a bit fed up with her when I said itShe kept reminding me of it - in a good-natured way. So for her fortieth birthday, I got a t-shirt with it embroidered on, in Italian (as she is an Italianophile, if that's the right word):
which translates as
Silence is a very underrated virtue
Oh i cant remember exactly, something along the lines if you cant say something nice dont say anything
