It's strange that you have both claimed but not received your evouchers. Can you remember which day you actually claimed it? ....remember the vouchers are only issued once a week.

For an online order you need to claim with the email you have linked to your account, this could be why there is a problem.

Did a C&C order for tuna and mullers yesterday. AvM. Mucked up on grapes, showing £1.50 v £2.50 :eek: despite the M website price showing £1. And milk 4 pints is not a good one to add. Ah, you win some lose some.

Mullers were subbed but I refused as dont like the dessert flavours. Was charged £5 for two packs, but refunded individual prices so almost £8.

Am I the only one not doing a Dove shop :rotfl:

Lilac Lillie (and everyone else querying APGs online). After you have collected/had delivered your shop, your online account status will change from"on its way" to "delivered". You then have to click "check APG". It asks for your A email/online address and password and then it checks APG.you must then click "get voucher". I've never had it automatically do a comparison without being prompted, or put the vouchers into your account.
As FC says ^ - Doesn't matter what day you claim your vouchers, they only ever go into your account on a Tuesday afternoon, in dribs and drabs.

mine were all substituted for 2 250mls for every 1 500ml i bought & apg shows up fine

Good shop. But if you got another 4 pint milk, then the milk would have compared favourably as they are 3 for £3 in M's (according to msm) and in T's too.
