Your vouchers should have been credited on Tuesday then, if you claimed them. I've not come across this happening to anyone else and I haven't done a C&C in months myself. Hopefully you'll be able to sort it out by email

Can anyone help me with this please?
26th Jan CC from Asbo's for the Ariel which compared in my favour.
Been waiting for it to convert to my evouchers patiently, (been checking every day), today it has gone down to £2.93 v M's????
Have just emailed but haven't a clue why its happened?
My first CC shop so don't know why, or if this is normal, or what to do other than complain to them about it.
Have no proof other than my own eyes that this has happened.
    DOH!
    TIA
    LL

Dis you use the same email that you use for instore shopping and wombles.

Maybe you went over £100 limit for January?

No made a new account, never use same emails for APG's anyway.
My friend did exactly the same shop, just texted him and he gave me his password. His account is still showing APG for £29 odd, so have copied it for him in case his also goes awol.
His isn't in evouchers either, still in comparison? he did claim it same time as me.
Emailed them before posting here so should know tomorrow, just wondered if anyone else has had this happen?
I'm finding them very difficult to deal with online and by phone.

“Now then, Pooh," said Christopher Robin, "where's your boat?"
"I ought to say," explained Pooh as they walked down to the shore of the island, "that it isn't just an ordinary sort of boat. Sometimes it's a Boat, and sometimes it's more of an Accident. It all depends."
    "Depends on what?"
"On whether I'm on the top of it or underneath it.”

FC, do you think that it may have been credited and £2.59 is outstanding?
No maybe not, it doesn't make sense either, it would be showing then as an evoucher I guess?
