ah thanks for remembering lil ol me.......braved the induction (almost chickened out ) was OK but I still dont feel very confident about going! Not sure the 12 year old showing me the equipment took me seriously when i said 'I will never understand all those buttons'

Anyway, off to buy a swimming costume tomorrow so can avail myself of the facilities - dont worry I wont be wearing the swimming costume in the gym- although thats one way I could empty the building and then have the machines all to myself!!:rotfl:

so plan a: swimming twice a week, fitness class or aquafit or gym (slow treadmill only lol) twice a week

that should build my strength back up initially I hope:D

stil not caught up but sending hugs to all those having difficult times at the moment- so much sadness but such bravery too :A:A:A
