Just been filling in the fixture and fitting form and the one that asks all the awkward questions like whose boundary is whose etc etc. and has electrics, boiler, windows been replaced and when etc .
So it's still not a done deal, being sent off with contract for exchange, but think couple of problems might crop up as I have no consents for couple of things that mum had done. Solicitor said should be easy to get indemnity insurance to cover risk on those.
Any windows you have had installed after 1st April 2002 need either a FENSA certificate or Building Regulations approval. Have neither.
And I don't have certificate to say drains renewal was signed off.
And to think Mr Tinyshoes thought we may move when money comes through. You and me both, I have not done an APG since coke.
My head is full of other stuff I think I would muck it up at the moment, although did manage a BNI PP the other day.

Unless the buyer is pedantic...I don't think many will be too bothered on these points..I'd be pleased you'd had the work done rather then worry about the red tape!:D
