Morning all. I'm fuming with A. Did a C&c order, just for normal stuff. Due to collect between 8am and 9am and I get a text at 7.50am to say my order is cancelled. When I called, they said its cos my order of £25 was paid for ith e vouchers. It must be £25 paid in cash/card the the e vouchers on top. I argued the case and said I have £25 in vouchers so why can't I use them, instead of having to spend £50 to use my £25 e vouchers. This happened to anyone else?

I'm so cross :eek:thought I was getting ahead of myself doing online shopping. Thoughts anyone please? I'm going to escalate it obviously and have a read of terms and conditions

Not an experience Ive had....but in general cat sick is _pale_.Maybe it's because cats seem to think you'll like waking up to it :D

Talking of cats. Since Brian passed away, I have a ginger Tom cat hanging around....it keeps weeing around my front door  it stinks!! Im okay with cleaning and getting rid of the smell but what's the best thing to deter it from keeping doing it?? He was there this morning when I went on the school run, really cheeky he is!

Cats don't like citrus FC. So lemon juice or citrus based cleaner sprayed around door should help

    :)

I use e-vouchers for nearly every CC, but always pay a little by card, incase there is a price change. They seem to find it difficult to refund vouchers!

You should still complain, as it doesn't say anywhere that you can't pay for the whole shop with e-vouchers.

Rhosynbach so sorry for your news. Big hugs needed. Will be thinking of them today.

Little bid sad in our house as DD would have been her baby this week. She is a bit all over the place so I am keeping an extra eye on her. On the plus side she thinks she has found a childminding job and her and fiance are looking at houses for sale where we live.
OH and I are taking her off on holiday with us next week so at least she has something to look forward to.

She went out with friends a few weeks ago and one of the lads disappeared and woke up in hospital with stitches in his head. It seems he had a fall. Anyway he was found dead in bed this week by his Mum. He died of a brain heamorrhage. Only 29 years old.

good morning all thanks for all the messages and pms sorry i never got back to anyone yesterday, sadly dd1 never got good news, the baby has several problems including a hole in the heart, only one kidney, a cyst on the brain and a problem with one hand, they have to go back monday for further tests but doctor told them it looks bleak,
they are in bits alls we can do is be there for them but it is so hard, and waiting is worst and going all the way to wrexham,
dd oh is still not telling his family anything about the baby i said he should as they could offer him support but he said they would only say its for the best as they dont think they should have another child, We are a very close family and we include him as part of our family but i think at a time like this he needs his family as well , such a hard situation made worse feel totally helpless,
oh no :( hugs to you & all your family xx
