Morning all. I'm fuming with A. Did a C&c order, just for normal stuff. Due to collect between 8am and 9am and I get a text at 7.50am to say my order is cancelled. When I called, they said its cos my order of £25 was paid for ith e vouchers. It must be £25 paid in cash/card the the e vouchers on top. I argued the case and said I have £25 in vouchers so why can't I use them, instead of having to spend £50 to use my £25 e vouchers. This happened to anyone else?

I'm so cross :eek:thought I was getting ahead of myself doing online shopping. Thoughts anyone please? I'm going to escalate it obviously and have a read of terms and conditions

Yes, I have read about this in the past. You can bypass it by paying for a small amount of your order by card.....it can be 1p. I have paid 11p for an order in the past.
I think it's just a flaw in their online shopping system, maybe a security thing? Im always asked for my last four digits of my card number when I pick up. Their system has a few flaws. Some favourable to us.....and some not so.
I have complained before about having 2 lots of money ring fenced for the same shop, after I made a change to the order. But to be honest the person on the phone hadn't a clue. I knew more about how their online shopping worked than they did!

good morning all thanks for all the messages and pms sorry i never got back to anyone yesterday, sadly dd1 never got good news, the baby has several problems including a hole in the heart, only one kidney, a cyst on the brain and a problem with one hand, they have to go back monday for further tests but doctor told them it looks bleak,
they are in bits alls we can do is be there for them but it is so hard, and waiting is worst and going all the way to wrexham,
dd oh is still not telling his family anything about the baby i said he should as they could offer him support but he said they would only say its for the best as they dont think they should have another child, We are a very close family and we include him as part of our family but i think at a time like this he needs his family as well , such a hard situation made worse feel totally helpless,

So very sorry to hear this rhos :(:( Good grief, your family have been through it lately! So unfair :( All you can do is be there for them, they'll need all the support they can get. maybe your SIL family aren't as close knit as yours....so he's lucky to have you and your family for support.
    massive hugs :A
