Hi Sarah well everyone's different but mine just wouldn t go away. I went to the the drs early on and he who is usually very good decided it wasn t a trapped nerve even though I said my fingers were numb  Then followed two weeks delay as I waited for the painkillers to sort it but they didn t.
He then decided it was a trapped nerve and make an appointment for me to see a physiotherapist at the hospital which incidentally came through about 4 months later when the pain had finally gone
I did mine when I was on the rower at the gym, a thing I d done for years. My whole arm felt like how you feel at the dentists if they accidentally touch a nerve but continuously. Maybe mine didn t go on its own because I'm getting on a bit0
