    Morning all.

Think i got a trapped nerve in my neck/shoulders, im in pain.

Oh God if it's anything like mine was I feel sorry for you. The best bit of advice I can give is get it seen to ASAP. I didn t and had to go to a chiropractor in the end. I kept thinking it ll go away soon but mine didn t.

In fact my fingers still numb and feels funny months later also if I move my arm in a certain position it goes dead from the elbow to the wrist and I have to shake it quickly to get it right again. It's also still much weaker than it was. :(
