    Totally

Maybe it would be nice for people to say what difference the thread has made to their life

Thanks to this site i can afford to work part time and spend a lot more time with my daughter than i otherwise would. So thanks to you all for giving me that precious time

    Who else wants to play?

"Thanks to this site I ........"

    Thanks to this site I

Well where do I start. I came on MSE after being slightly mesmerised by Martins hundred mile an hour chatter. I found Myrtle Turtle coupon thread and started from there. Then found you guys.

Because of this thread. I do save money, its helped towards my new house which we desperately wanted to move but were scared to.

What I am thankful for more is being able to speak freely without reprisal. Opinions will vary and that's ok. We have a 24 hour day 365 days a year support system full of like minded people.

Some of my RL life friends just dont get it. I have tried. My MIL saw Jordan on the telly and says is that what you do ?!! He must be the best(jeeze not by a long shot woman but he does his bit :rotfl:)

You guys know more of my thoughts and hopes and secrets than my extended family and friends, no one knows my handle in muggle land.

So I am thankful for you lot being you. Without you I would still be lonely :A

    Aau you :A

What a clever idea to bring people back to the meaning of this thread. I'll never say anything as eloquent as TM but here are my thanks.

Thanks to this site (well, mainly this thread) I no longer pop my card into an ATM/card reader feeling like I want to vomit. After years of living that way you've no idea how it feels to simply not worry. This thread has taught me patience (I am a bit of a hot head sometimes) and I'm kinder and more considerate than I used to be. I don't have to buy something 'straight away' as though it's going to disappear. I'm happy to wait around for a better deal. I am the closest I've ever been to being totally debt free. My entire attititude towards money has changed.

And every single day I look forward to reading about Tinys bathroom stash, Zippy's latest hedge adventure, words of wisdom from FC's little boy, QOC's bus journeys, TM's recipes, scamps' car bootys, Jelly's filing system, Aau's maths master class....nerfdad and sons...I could go on and on and on. You ALL bring a little something to my day :)

    Big love elite!

yes, the power of the Elite, taking one ill thought out post and turning it around into a debate of what this thread is about!:T

  • Joining in,
Thanks to this thread I could afford to learn to drive, pay for my insurance in full and buy things I would never be able to afford for my loved ones.
I have been able to have time with my youngest and even through lurking you have all helped me through some tough times in the real world. And even though I do mostly lurk, I still feel part of something special x

I'm trying to decide whether to use my bespoke £10 voucher with my last green redeem and a store one, or whether to do two shops and use it with a store one.

It works out the same doesn t it. The last one I did I used all three. Don t need to go in there now for a bit lol

Spiralling down hope you have a speedy recovery
