    Evening all

Just logged into my cc account and there is a new fuel save connected to cc use. Brief details below, more details on T's My Clubcard Account page.

    My Fuel Save

Welcome to Tesco Fuel Save, our new way to help you save money on fuel, just by doing what you do already – your shopping.

When you use your Clubcard, every time you shop with us you will now build up savings on fuel. The more you shop, the more you save.

For every £50 you spend at Tesco, you’ll earn 2p off a litre of fuel when you fill up at a Tesco petrol filling station. You can build up to each £50 with lots of smaller shops, and combine your savings over a number of shops to get an even bigger discount on fuel.

    Edit
Which stores are taking part in the Tesco Fuel Save? There are 116 stores in Wales taking part in Tesco Fuel Save. Use the store locator below to find a store near to you. You can also shop online at Tesco.com/groceries and earn fuel savings to redeem in a Tesco Petrol Filling Station in Wales.

Awww, I feel bad for making a joke of it now :(

I had a look at both the link and in the My Voucher section on bespoke but they both say it's expired. I might chance it and email them asking for a refund.

Tweets I am not 100% if it was called blister.
  • Hi everyone
Jelly Biactol - that chocolate mug pudding looks fantastic - any chance of the recipe please? xx

Hi TN, good to see you posting again:T

Yes of course you can have the recipe ... on the understanding we get to see some piccies of yours:)
Just one warning, to you and everyone else (learnt by yours truly from personal experience) - don't show young children how easy it is to make delicious puds, otherwise you will never hear the last of it!

    Microwave Gooey Chocolate Pudding
    4 tablespoons self-raising flour
    4 tablespoons sugar
    1 egg
    3 tablespoons cocoa powder
3 tablespoons chocolate spread (Nutella or own-brand)
    3 tablespoons milk
    3 tablespoons vegetable oil
Combine all ingredients in a large mug (a really large mug, like a pint mug rather than a teacup). Whisk well with a fork until smooth. Microwave on high for 1½– 3 minutes. (Time depends on microwave; mine took 2 minutes; try not to overcook it, it's best when it appears slightly undercooked so the bottom bit is still lovely and runny, num-num-num-num:D.)
Lovely with a bit of squirty cream, too.

another Friday favourite at work is...

    Microwave Sponge Pudding
(thanks to blackandwhitebunny for this one)
    50g margarine
    50g sugar
    1 egg
    75g flour
Beat well together, should be enough mixture to divide into two; then choose one of these to place in the mug first, before putting the mixture on top:
    - 1 tsp instant coffee mixed with a little boiling water
    - a good tablespoon of pineapple pieces, or any dried fruit
    - a spoon of jam, lemon curd, golden syrup, honey
    - or cooked apple
They take about 1 and 1/2 minutes on high.

I used to make these in America at work (the treacle sponge one), they all thought I was nuts until they tried it :)

I've just noticed my Asda bespoke voucher has expired because I didn't notice you had to get it before 27th Jan :(

That expiry date is just the period when you can get a refund. The actual voucher is valid for 2 years IIRC. It's attached to an email they should have sent you and should still be downloadable from your bespoke account.

    You must live in Wales.

    Are all stores taking part?
Only stores in Wales, or if you shop at tesco.com/groceries and are served by a store in Wales. The scheme is available until 31st July 2014.
