we went out for dinner with the friends who had triplet, just before they came home from the hospital. OH ordered a brandy after dinner. The bill was £15, yes £15 :eek:for A brandy. I nearly spat my coffee out. I was ready for complaining about the extortian and not being made aware of but he was fine paying it. We are so mismatched it's untrue - opposites do attract:rotfl:
Hey Tiger.
That made me think of conversation my OH told me from work, there was a issue over pay going into bank. Workmate says had OH been paid. you must be fun at parties
A sarcastic phrase used to point out someone's pessimism or inability to enjoy positive situations.
Will: Although I congratulate Joel Comm's success, I want everyone else to realize that this will never happen to you and you will probably die poor and alone.
Me: You must be fun at parties. :TAnyone else having trouble with photobucket app?

Mrs S good news about Mitchy cat.
Hope she soon recovers from her bite though
I have to say I do like foxes though., obviously not the one that bit our Mitchy . I feel like they all look half starved to death and it's no wonder they take up residence in towns to get at food easier.Cherish those you have in your life because you never know when they won't be there anymore.
No matter how you feel, get up, dress up & never give up.0 -

As for the lightbulbs, I can now confirm that bc 3381 and and bc 3398 must have been the ones that were a penny yesterday. I tried a few types of the TCP halogen savers this morning in another store but couldn't find any more.
Alfie waited in the car while I popped into T and when I got back he'd been sick - naturally not on his seat, which was covered with a blanket to keep him warm, but on mine.Thankfully after years of dog ownership I always have plenty of wipes and tissues in the car. By the time we got home, however, he was sufficiently recovered to run upstairs and bark continually at the builder, whom he adores.
