  • Just really quick as I'm on my phone.
In my T metro, cad bubbly priced at £1 on yellow sel but scanned at £1.40. Normal SA said T don't do DTD anymore! But store manager just gave it without me asking. If your all fed up with the posh 1p chocs this is a good alternative for 60p.

    Morning all

Awful nights sleep smiley_yawn.gif Both boys and I seem to have come down with a cold. Then at 3am I wake to cries of 'Mummy my foot is wet' DH forgot to put a nappy on DS1 before he went to sleep so his entire bed was soggy  So I ended up with a wriggly 3 year old taking up the entire middle of the bed whilst I slept on the edge :rotfl:

This morning DS2 is streaming and has barely moved from my lap. My defence for my crappy score on the quiz is that he brummed a car over the keyboard and managed to submit for me when I was only half way through :p

QoC hope your foot recovers quickly

Good luck with the 1p hunts. I'm bowing out of this one. Not fair to drag a poorly little one out so we'll be having a cuddly day at home

Oh logie, hope u all recover quickly and njoy your cuddly sofa day.

Miffie, your dog loooks so comfy in your bed.

    3p?!?! That's a huuuuuuuuuuge piece of ginger

But have you noticed that recently when buying ginger it now rounds up to 3p minimum on the APG when spending 1p

It's happened 3/4 times recently with me.

I was still mulling over the minor annoyance from the other day regarding the non comparable item on my brand match shop in Sainsbobs.

So I checked asda.com and mys and then rang the Freephone number. The girl tried to tell me that the packaging was different but I insisted that it was the right item and the same item in both sainsbobs and sada - I'd bought it from asda the previous week so I had both bottles side by side and the external packaging and bottles inside are identical..

Anyway she conceded and 25p is going back onto my nectar card- OK not a vast fortune but all the small bits add up.

It makes you wonder though how often this sort of issue comes up - a change of packaging happens very frequently - less for sainsbobs to pay out in BM vouchers

That's just because the till receipt goes to 3dp but APG only goes to 2dp ;)

It it compares 3p v 3p as opposed to 1pv1p then it's even better for the APG :rotfl:
