Can't Decide which contract to go for

My mobile contract is soon to come to an end. Im presently with o2 but not bothered about switching somewhere else.

I would really like the Samsung S3 mini but not keen on having a 24 month contract again. o2 are offering this phone for £14pm for 24 months. (Ive been paying around £23 on my present tariff).

If I buy this phone from the Carphone Warehouse it is £219.95, minus approx £70 I should get for my old phone. Then a sim only tariff for 12 months is between £8 and £11 from o2. I know if you work this out per month it is £23 but it means I will have a 12 month contract instead of 24.

Should I just bite the bullet and go for 24 months again because its a cheaper £14 per month? (Mobiles.co.uk have a contract for £11.99 but would rather stick with one of the main companies such as orange, o2 etc)
