Will do and many thanks for the letter template
I thought i had it cracked what to write but seen that APCOA didnt issue this with any mention of Keeper liability or PoFA (I believe as its a private airport road)
Thanks again0 -
You are right of course, but it doesn't need a complicated first appeal, just something simple to get a popla code if they reject. Just don't admit who's driving and they are basically stymiedWhen posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.

Will not put any information in to that sort.
Thanks Stroma - il patiently wait and see if others think i should add anything else.0 -
Nope that's fine at this stage. Hope you have by now read the NEWBIES sticky thread and are aware to revisit it (post #3 of the sticky) for 'How to win at POPLA' links to examples that will win at the second stage. Airport/APCOA examples and all - very easy to copy and adapt to suit.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Hi guys - i posted my appeal off some time ago and still have proof (thankfully)- I have received no reply whatsoever from APCOA since i posted in early Feb 2014 and have now received a Debt recovery Letter from "Debt Recovery Plus" demanding payment of £150.
I was expecting either a POPLA code or a letter indicating my "appeal" was successful
I cant risk a debt recovery record on my credit file due to my line of work......
Can anyone please advise where i go from here? Im quite worried now...0 -
Honestly this crops up so much all I can say is please search the forum for 'APCOA' and find out what everyone does as regards a complaint.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I genuinely wasnt being lazy and since the message i posted i have been looking at the forums - Just a quick question i have written an email to Steve Clark and Elizabeth Symons - along with another letter to APCOA.
Do i just hold fire for now?
Go bless you for all your work on this0 -
Yes, hold fire if you've complained to the BPA about this! I didn't think you were being lazy, in fact I was a bit jaded as we see this happen all the time with APCOA and it's time the BPA imposed sanctions against them over it.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Hi guys
Just thought i would let people know i initially sent an email to elizabeth symons after reading an older post and then seen coupon mads updated post advising it should be david dunford. I today got a reply from elizabeth advising she is investigating the complaint- looks like she is still the person to email (in addition to david dunford?).
I still await a reply from steve clark but its not even been 24 hours yet.
Finally should i send a letter to APCOA advising I have written to BPA and DVLA? I have exams at uni and iv spent so long at this so thought i wouldnt send another letter- is that recommended?
They havent even replied to my initial letter or even acknowledged it and have sent it to debt recovery (as above)
Thank you sooo much folks
God bless0
