Itunes question

Hi,

Long story that I won't bore you with but I have been trying to purchase an app on itunes. It is asking for the additional security information and I don't know it. I have tried every way I can see to access this information and have got nowhere. On reading various forums it seems it is impossible to get this information if you don't know it.

Two questions. Does anyone know if it is possible to be re advised of this information. If not I am presuming that the only way around it is to set up a new account. If I do this will I lose access to all the apps/songs I have already purchased.

I had a similar problem and I ended up ringing apple and sorted it out

Hi,

Was there a charge for that as when I tried they said I didn't have cover and would need to pay.

Charge for what? They resets my security questions I think and that was it

Thanks. I will give it a try. I'm sure they told me they would charge me if they had to ring and help me as I hadn't taken out their policy to cover.

I'm not sure about that as it's support with an account you asking for not a hardware repair

Thanks again. I have just rung them and it has Ben sorted in minutes. I can't believe I have been trying months to sort this out! The service was first class. Another job I can cross off my long list! :j
