Open to all people of legal drinking age. Employees of the Promoter, their families and anyone professionally involved with this competition are excluded from participating.
You may only enter once. Entries are submitted through the Glen Garioch Competitions Facebook application. The Promoter will not be held responsible for entries which are lost, delayed, incomplete or not received.
This competition commences on 24/01/2014 and will end at 11:59 pm on 10/02/2014.
Entry into this competition is free and no purchase is necessary.
All entries must be received by 11:59pm pm on 10/02/2014 ("Closing Time"). Any entries received after Closing Time will not be valid. The winner will be drawn at random between the 24/08/2013 and 10/02/2014 and notified by email within 3 working days. The winner must confirm within 2 working days of receiving this notification whether he or she wishes to claim the prize. If the winner fails to claim the prize within the allotted time, then the prize will be forfeited and the Promoter may offer the prize to another entrant.
The prize will consist of 1 bottle of Glen Garioch Founders Reserve Single Malt Whisky.
There will be no cash or other alternative to the prize offered and the prize is not transferable. However, should the advertised prize become unavailable, or delivery of the prize is not possible, the Promoter reserves the right, at its absolute discretion, to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
The winner will be notified via email on or around 10/02/2014.
The name of the winner can be obtained for up to one month after the Notification Date, by sending an email to [EMAIL="info@morrisonbowmore.co.uk"]info@morrisonbowmore.co.uk[/EMAIL] specifying the name of the competition.
The data submitted along with each entry will be retained for the purposes of administering this competition. The entrant consents to the Promoter’s use and processing of the entrant's personal data in connection with the competition. The Promoter may use such details to let the entrant know about other products, services and promotions which they think may be of interest to the entrant. If you do not wish to receive such information please inform the Promoter at the time of entering the competition or by informing the Promoter in writing at the address below.
The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw, amend or temporarily suspend the competition at its absolute discretion, provided that it shall not exercise this right unreasonably.
In all matters regarding this competition, the decision of the Promoter will be final and binding. By entering this competition, the entrant hereby agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.
This competition (including these terms and conditions) and any matters arising as a result there of is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
