I have £16000 that I want to invest and was looking for some advice on where I can save it with the biggest return but I don't want to risk it and lose it. I was looking at ISA's but the interest rate is very low.
Any help would be appreciated.

The holy grail, the most return possible for the least possible risk. Neither of which are necessarily positive in the short term. Good luck..
I suspect you'll need to provide a lot more information before people will give an informed opinion. How long can you lock it away for, what's your attitude to short term paper loss, what other cash and assets do have, earnings, mortgage, tax, other liabilities, etc. etc.'We don't need to be smarter than the rest; we need to be more disciplined than the rest.' - WB0 -
If you want to invest then you will have to take some risk.
If you just want to save then you can use the best paying accounts as listed on the site here.
Remember that the risk of inflation is ever present and will reduce the money invisibly. The risk of losing all your money in investments is tiny if you buy the right funds.Remember the saying: if it looks too good to be true it almost certainly is.0 -
