When I close down Chrome and later on, I want to open it, I have to go to Task Manager and close Chrome that way.
If I don't do that, Chrome will not open at all.
Been doing this for a good 4 days now.
It's long winded way of opening Chrome.
I have W7 and the version of Chrome I have is 31.0.1650.63

You could start with updating to the latest version (Version 32.0.1700.76 m) to see if that makes a difference.0
