Parking Eye [thread split]

Have appealed and in process of n244 with my local council for a parking ticket and now it is with the traffic enforcement centre northampton i have paid £45 for hearing without attendance after their hearing without me there
they declinced still

and now say i have to pay the fine which is £125 or another hearing costing £80 for me to attend for 5 minutes

they are suppose to allow for some immitgating circumstanes
i had no control over this situation more than i could of done
for my car breaking down

(previous to this i did have an hearing on the phone and the magistrate saisd i sould of gone to get a pren it would of been just as long to get a pen

all this is wearing me out it taken me so long as so much going on

wanted to approach the newspaper and going to watch dog

son off to uni car tax mot and work six days a week also other personal things going on

my car had an intermitant fault

i have proof from my insurance breakdown cover that they could not fix the fault
and my garage

the car was start itself after a time lapse of 10 -30 minutes

and breakdown came to three times when it wouln.t start ,

the garage i took it too tried and looked at the vech,

but this did not resolve the issue d changing the alternator

it would juist not go at times sometimes went shopping or out ,car wouldn't go had to wait 10-30 minutes and it would start again

this happened about 10 times of which 3 times i called the breakdown and got a bus home or walked

once i went for a takeaway in the car a chinese,

when i wanted to go home the car wouldn't start

so i walked it home then called the rac breakdown (had got use to this happening)

and they picked me up went to the car it start

so they came back to my house did a dinostic on the car couldn't find any fault

it was very stressful when it happened

when i parked my car on tthe occasion of getting the ticket

i got the fine at queens sq

i realised i couldn't park there so was going to move it but the car wouldnt go

i did nt have a pen ,
i was going a non smoking class

there was no point in calling breakdown as the car may of started , not a long appt 15 minutes or so

smoking clinic appointment was 14 august 2012 time

at the smoking clinic was aware that my car wouldn't go and i was parked illegally so i wasn't long and rushed because of the situation

and my parking fine was at 14:35 august 2012

as i approached the car the ticket man was there

i showed him it wouldn't start, and it didn't , he still wrote out the ticket

as he was down the street and i turned my engine over again , the car started

as i drove past him i asked you will make a note my car wouldn't start?

He replied i shall note you drove off!!!!

In the end i had to get rid of the car in feb 2013 as it was to stressful to keep

i had an hearing on the phone the magistate says i should of got a pen

i knew it would go eventually... It was just a matter of waiting ,

the appt at the clinic wouldn't take long there was nothing more i could of done

and hoped it would start if not call the breakdown again

there is no point calling breakdown too soon had to wait and see if it would go like it had in the past

there was a parking spot just round the corner i could of taken too

if i could of moved my car

the parking spot was still free when i came out ofth class

as i saw it when driving past the the traffic warden (. When i spoke to him, when driving past him )

for example: Once when i broke down on a hill traffic held up behind before i had time for breakdown to arrive .. The car started again i have prrof i called them and then called back to cancel this

i have provided evidence from breakdown

smoking sensention class can confirm my appt

and the garage too that the looked the car over or me

as did rac look the car over

@natalie18, this is not your thread and your circumstances are totally unrelated to the OP's.

But you need to take this over to PePiPoo where they have posters who specialise in council tickets. But whatever you do, do not jump in on some random person's thread, but start your own.

Note, you will need to have scanned copies of all the documentation you've received from the council (front and back, where appropriate) and uploaded them to your thread, otherwise, as that forum is very busy, you just may be overlooked.

Read and follow the intro/posting guidelines and advice before you try to post anything on pepipoo - it is important that you stick to the rules and do not repeat the mess you made of it here!
