Flat roof leak, source?

The usual flat roof is leaking when raining, damp patch, bathroom ceiling.

Now I have been up, what I thought was the source used Emergency Roof Seal, no luck and nothing obvious I can see.

So dry day, half is a puddle of water, so I sweeped that off, checked bathroom - nothing, ok not that half then.

I bought another Roof Seal - a tub to put a roller in easier, and painted the roof Wednesday, only managed one coat due to weather and drying times.

Yesterday bit of rain not too much, now today more rain and damp again

I have had my flat roof done 2 years ago, not repair, full felt on. Since I cannot find any defects, would you call a roofer out to inspect? Probably yes lol but would they even look at it I mean, I want to avoid a full new roof again.
