Tiscali Emails Keep Closing Down?

Can anyone offer any help please;

I have an email address with tiscali and now when I log onto my account, I type in my password, go to messages received and try to open them. What happens when I try to open the emails is that it automatically logs me out again without me seeing the emails?

I have sent a message to tiscali through another email address but they have sent the reply to my tiscali account which I cannot open!!

Any help would be great.

You might be able to read your mail through that site.

Check that you have cookies enabled in Internet Options. also try downloading and using Mozilla Firefox which is a better internet browser than internet explorer And MUCH Safer!

tiscali is an awful ISP, you may have their package deal but for similar money you can get 100% better service level broadband elsewhere.

I would also use a generic email provider (like googlemail, hotmail, yahoo mail) so that when you change ISPs etc you don't have to update all your contacts with a new email address.
