Can I get my money back?

Recently bought an 'offer' on Groupon. You could either get a set of 7 towels for £25 or 14 for £45. I opted for 14, paid and waited. They turned up a few days later and the package was very small considering what was supposed to be inside. It was also covered in "repacked by Yodel" tape. My suspicions were immediately aroused. I got my partner to take a video of me opening the parcel and lo and behold only 7 towels inside. I've been through 2 phone calls to Groupon now and finally got an email back. They're offering for me to return the goods which I don't really want to do or to add credit to my account. The second option is no good to me as I bought these with money given to me as a gift and want to use it to buy towels with so it's no good sitting in my Groupon account. My question is simple... Am I entitled to a refund of the difference between what I ordered and what I received (£20) and am I within my rights to have this refunded to the card I originally paid on? Would welcome any advice that anyone has.
