I`m new to purchasing an ISA so bear with me !!
Can I buy an ISA this month -what is the maximum amount I can put in tax free ?
Can I buy another after April 1st- also what is the maximum tax free ?
are the post office ISA`s one of the better ones ?:undecided

If your first Isa is good rates, you don't actually need to open another one, just keep paying into the first one into April, it will just carry on into the new yearmake the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.

Not April 1st: the new tax year starts on April 6th when you can buy another one. For cash ISAs the limits are £5760 in the year ending 5th April 2014 and £5880 the year ending 5th April 2015. The total of S&S ISA and cash ISAs can be up to twice those figures - anything you dont use in a cash ISA can be used in an S&S ISA.0 -
