Where to find 'Current Scheme Details' on HMRC?

I've received a letter from my previous employer saying that, as I had less than 2 years pensionable service with them, I have to choose between receiving a refund of my contributions (less tax) or transferring the benefits to another registered pension plan. Obviously the latter is what I'm going to do, rather than lose out on the employer contributions and tax benefits.
In addition to filling out the "Transfer-out Request Form" provided, the letter states they need evidence of HMRC registration status for the receiving plan, and that this must be done "by sending a copy of the 'Current Scheme Details' from the HMRC website, HMRC.gov.uk".
I've searched all over hmrc.gov.uk, and been to most pages in the pensions section, but I can't find anywhere that I can get "Current Scheme Details" - do I need more info from the administrators of the scheme I'm moving it to to unlock some magic place on the HMRC website? I'm not sure what they can give me over and above the scheme details and my account number that I've already got.
Any help appreciated! Thanks.

Enquire of the Administrator of the receiving plan? http://www.hmrc.gov.uk/pensionschemes/online-service.htm0 -

It sounds like you are going about things the wrong way. To transfer a pension you should set up an empty receiving pension if you havent already got one and then ask the receiving pension to transfer in your ex employers scheme (or possibly do both at the same time). All the administration should be handled by the receiving pension. So you would fill in your personal details on the transfer out form and then send the form to the receiving pension to be completed.0
