NPower undercharging
I'm with nPower for gas and electricity and last month they advised me they were changing my DD to £131. No problem with that. Got my bill however and they're billing me £31. Turns out due to an admin error on their part I've underpaid by £100 this month. As it's their !!!!-up not mine should I have to pay the difference? I brought it to their attention and they've amended the DD. But they're still going to want £100 off me. Any advice welcome.

Its always best to come clean, as one day it could catch you out with one large bill. Still you did right thing tell them.0

I'm having similar problems with Npower. Been with them for a few months and they are really not good. Only half decent thing is the customer service team answer calls fairly quickly and are quite helpful, but they are let down by the systems.
If they don't respond fairly to the complaint email I sent yesterday, I'm off!0
