PC world returns

I bought a MacBook Pro 12 days ago from PC world used it for 4 hours as some of peripherals wouldn't work with it. Would pc world accept it back as I packed it up like I got it?

I'm sure there is some sort of 14 day policy that consumers can act on but not sure.

If its faulty yes (sorry don't know what you mean by some of peripherals wouldn't work)

If it isn't I do believe that pc world don't offer returns for unwanted items - and their is no legal requirement for it when brought in store.

Unlikely they will let you return it as it's an issue with a 3rd party device that sounds like its not compatible.

Unless you were told specifically that the Mac would work with those peripherals, then no.

If I tell you who I work for, I'm not allowed to help you. If I don't say, then I can help you with questions and fixing products. Regardless, there's still no secret EU law.

There's no cooling off period if you bought it in store. It's now second hand, worth a lot less and can only be resold as such.
If it's faulty (which appears not to be the case) then the retailer can repair, replace, or refund at their discretion.
They won't accept a return just because you failed to check first,
