Smokey and Bandit's first look of the outside.

I let Smokey and Bandit out into the garden for the first time today and they absolutely loved it!
They were running around like maniacs, playing with the snow and generally having a wonderful time.
I have been food training them and one cry of foooood and a shake of the treat box and they were back in.
This evening they have been having great fun dashing out into the rain and hurtling back in skidding across the floor!
Here are some pics!

I don't get nearly enough credit for not being a violent psychopath.

They've settled in ok then? Life will never be the same again.

Some people only exist as examples of what to avoid....0 -

They've settled in beautifully joansgirl, can't believe they are the same cats!
they're still a little on edge when my 3 yr old is racing around but then so am I
Their characters are really developing, Bandit is the cheeky one, trying to get on worktops and pinching the kids toast, demands attention and snuggles and has taken to carrying a tin foil ball wherever he goes.
Smokey is my big lazy boy, he loves cuddles but only on his terms and once on my knee he lies full stretch with his legs in the air!
He is definitely the boss of the 2, he has pick of the toys and Bandit waits for the nod from him, probaby why he adores the tin foil ball so much bless him.
Having said that Smokey will relinquish my knee to Bandit and will let Bandit have a treat first.
As you can probably tell I am smitten, I was worried it was too soon after losing Rosie Cat and I would struggle to bond with them but apart from shedding a few tears when first having them on my knee, the last time I felt a cat on my knee was when Rosie was pts, they have been a tonic.I don't get nearly enough credit for not being a violent psychopath.0 -
