Have been sent a 'Robo Fish' but I have no idea why ?

As per title - can anybody help me figure out why I have been sent a 'Robo Fish' ?

There is an invoice for £20 but I definately havent paid anything for it

The website on the invoice says hawkin.com (aka tobar.co.uk)

The fact they have my name & address indicates Ive given them my details at some point

    It seems to be mentioned in a few 'top toys for Christmas' comps from Dec, so maybe it's one of them?
    Always nice to have a surprise, even if it's a strange one :)
