Advice on Bulk Resizing High Quality Images for Free - Best Program? or Help!

I have created an Automator script on my Mac to do this, just point it a directory, give it the size parameters and it will process all the images it finds. Mind you all it does is resize while maintaining the correct aspect ratio, nothing else.One by one the penguins are slowly stealing my sanity.0

I haven't used it for ages, but I remember finding a great (nice and simple!) image resizing program. I have these two downloaded, but I'm not running Windows so I can't see which one it was! One of them was great! (I think it may have been the second one listed below):
