Excel 2000 - crossing multiple sheets?

Using Excel 2000, is it possible to use data from a different sheet but in the same file in an equation?

EG: B5 (sheet 2) = A6 (sheet 1) x C2 (sheet 3)

Or is it better/easier/possible to do it across different Excel documents?

    Perfectly possible. The syntax is:

    Sheet2!A1

which would look at the cell A1 in Sheet2. So your formula would be

    =Sheet1!A6*Sheet3!C2
  • Cracking, cheers mate :)
