How many square metres of carpet do I need?

I'm thinking of buying some carpet online as I've seen a couple of matching end rolls of a quality carpet that I like, but want to be sure I'd be buying enough to cover the whole area I want carpeted. So I wonder if somebody here would be good enough to let me know the minimum square metres I need to buy. I make it around…

Even if you're old school and prefer imperial measures, working anything out with imperial is a pain in the ****. Metric is completely simple.

You're massively overcomplicating it by mixing measurements.
