rejection letter

I need a rejection letter from a bank as I am applying to a government backed organisation for a loan and need a bank to reject my application first. Banks say no but won't give me a letter or send an email even, what can I do?

Speak to the government backed organisation to see what you can do in this case as the banks haven't issued a letter.0

Surely if you've applied for a loan you'd receive either an acceptance or rejection letter?0

In that case apply for another loan in person from a bank not online or over the phone, although bare in mind that will be another credit search on your file.0
