Accessing Cheap Energy Club Info
Hi
I signed up and did a search before Xmas - the Coop came out as my preferred provider and I proceeded with the switch on the cheap energy club web site - at the time I also informed the coop that I was moving house, which I have now done - however on contacting the coop they informed me that they only have the details of the switch to my old property and now I have looked online at the cheap energy club I can not see how to re apply as instructed by the coop - so looks like I will have to forfeit my £30.00 cash back and also I wonder why is it that different comparison sites offer different deals? Surely they ought to be providing the same information?
If anyone can help with a link to an answer I'd be much obliged
Many thanks
Simon

The comparison site is a free market. There is no reason for them to offer the same deal. What they ought to (and mostly do) do is output the same quotes for sensible inputs - cashbacks are not part of the quote and no need for them to be rationalised between organisations.
I suspect for the Cheap Energy Club you simply may have to create a new account for your new address - certainly will be the quickest if no other switching site is offering a cashback for the Co-op.0
