what's the best way to sign off JSA? do I turn up at the jobcentre the day I want to sign off without an appointment, or do I ring up or send the booklet thing in?

I ask because some seem to be having problems with getting through on the phone and booklets arriving late.

Ring up the day before the job starts (or on the Friday before if the job starts on a Monday), and then also post the booklet off the same day.
