Move from HL? Vanguard LS vs Blackrock Consensus

As I recently mentioned in another thread, I currently have about £30K invested in VLS60 within a SIPP at HL. My wife has a smaller holding of the same fund within an ISA, also with HL. Disregarding the question as to why I have the fund in a SIPP instead of a personal pension (£24 pa platform charge pre RDR was cheap and despite looking around I cannot find a personal pension whose charges for my size holding would be less than HL's 0.45%) things are becoming interesting with announcements from Fidelity over the last few days.
Their relaunched Fundsnetwork SIPP has a 0.25% service charge, with a single £45 pa platform charge across all investments held with them. I have other investments with FN through Cavendish which avoid the £45 platform charge, and as Cavendish appear to be shortly announcing their own relaunched SIPP through FN, it might be that a similar deal could be expected to their fund arrangements whereby the platform charge is waived.
The only issue for me is that FN do not currently carry Vanguard funds, although the recent announcements on the personal investor side of their business suggests that they will shortly be introducing a larger range of tracker funds, so that might yet change.
They do however carry the Blackrock Consensus funds on FN. What would your opinions be on VLS60 vs BRC 60 or 75? I know that these have been mentioned as possible alternatives to VLS in the past, but would appreciate thoughts on the pros and cons of each. Thank you!
