If they haven't fitted it, you can't force them to proceed. If they done the job, then wanted to double the price, it'd be a different matter.

I only thought it had been fitted because, if it hasn't then I don't seen an issue. Just tell them it's too much and go elsewhere.
You cant expect them to honour an erroneous estimate.:D0 -
