wah, fridge is broken...interior light is on but fridge has lost its cooling function...have googled 'broken fridge' but still dont know what to do really...any help gratefully received...tia

Buy a new one, they are cheap enough nowadays & not worth getting repaired unless you're able to DIY.The bigger the bargain, the better I feel.
I should mention that there's only one of me, don't confuse me with others of the same name.0 -
Could be the thermostat.
Can be a cheap part that i have replaced before. Cost me £12 on ebay.0 -
I found this forum helpful - search for specific advice using the make and model number. In my case it wasn't worth bothering the fix as the was a manufacturer's fault (without a permanent solution) they weren't admitting liability to.

Ebay 2nd hand fridge. A failed fridge or freezer is a rarity today, leave it behind.;)I like the thanks button, but ,please, an I agree button.
