BHS Reward Vouchers

Hi all.
I've been sent my reward vouchers from BHS and everytime I go into Dorothy Perkins to use them, they tell me I have to use my credit card to redeem my vouchers.

I've recently cut up my card but still have vouchers to use. Previous to me cutting up my card u was told by bhs staff that I didnt have to use my cc at all and low and behold DP's wont let me use them.

I've checked the website terms and conditions and the back of the vouchers and nowhere does it say I cant use them with a debit card.

Anyone have any ideas as the FAQ's aren't helpful at all.

Ask for a new card to be sent to you??

I'd rather not have a new card, I know its easier then to re cut it but I cut it up for a reason.

What is the alternative if you cannot spend the vouchers?
