    definitely recommend the new top of the range panasonic with separate yeast dispenser. No worries about what order everything goes in either. Bought DH one from John Lewis for. Christmas and the bread is amazing. use flour from amazon so can have Canadian or French and get it all delivered to the door. also make Guernsey gache ( pronounced gosh) in there and it's fab. Buy from JL and you get a two year guarantee.
