Finlux tellies any good?

Hi all,
I'm in the market for a roughly 36-40 inch telly, has to be HD 1080 as I game, and I know from firsthand experience games like GTA V are just unplayable on anything but hd because you can't read things in the screen! Image quality doesn't have to be that would please a videophile as long as it's watchable I'm ok with it. I've seen some finlux tellies which are awfully good value and I'd rather pay £200 for one of those than double for another because it's a brand and is a teeny tiny bit better.
Any thoughts or experience on finlux? They have some great deals on at the moment.

You MUST find out the lag of any TV you buy, or you could end up with the screen being a long way behind your controls.0

I have just purchased a 32 inch hd Finlux which has a great picture and sound, good remote control, i have not done any gaming on it as I have no interest in it.0

They let me down with delivery, wasted a days holiday, still awaiting refund a week later0

Recently bought a 19" Finlux for the bedroom. It's only 720p but I can't fault it for less than £90 delivered.Time has moved on (much quicker than it used to - or so it seems at my age) and my previous advice on residential telephony has been or is now gradually being overtaken by changes in the retail market. Hence, I have now deleted links to my previous 'pearls of wisdom'. I sincerely hope they helped save some of you money.0

The problems with cheaper models are usually regarding need for repair, rather than quality when new.0
