Electric shower vs immersion mixer in economy 7 flat

Hi all.
I have been given a free electric shower by a friend. A triton t70 gsi. It's an 8.5kw shower.
Currently we run economy 7 and the immersion is timed to come on for an hour during the off peak time. This gives us enough hot water for 2x 10-minute showers each morning.
We currently have a mixer shower.
On the cost front, would I be better off sticking with immersion and mixer, or switching to electric?
