Wonderful services from telecare!

I recently had a fall at home and was badly injured. Thankfully, I have a telecare alarm service and was able to press my panic button to alert someone that I was in need of assistance.

The young woman who answered my call, was fantastic, staying on the line with me whilst she tried to get hold of a key holder and the emergency services.

Just wanted to sing their praises as I really appreciated a reassuring voice that day :)

Hope you're ok. And it's nice to hear that a company have done something good. (because most people only say something when it's gone wrong)

I will be, thank you.

That's why I posted as it's only natural to hear when things aren't going right because people are looking for advice on how to deal with a negative situation but the staff member who took my alarm call was excellent, offering reassurance whilst we waited for the emergency services and my children to come back

I too posted about Telecare recently. The staff are great, and it's a wonderful system. Hope you're back to full health soon OP.

I have telecare too, but i've only ever done test calls to them.
