When you get the NtK - you will need to appeal to the parking company first. They will either uphold your appeal (doubtful - but we have had a few good successes) or supply a POPLA code with the rejection.
The address above is useful when the PPCs fail to give out POPLA codes and other breaches as is the email addy for the BPA.
When you receive the notice to keeper - do check it is compliant as this gives extra appeal points.
You write only in the third party for the appeal i.e. I am the registered keeper and the driver on the day did not see any signage.........etc.
Start re-reading the newbie thread and all the links whilst you are waiting for the NtK.0 -
Ok i will do 4consumerrights thanks for that. The reason i bought DVLA into this it i was reading someone that i can ask DVLA not to disclose any of my details.0

You don't stand a chance I'm afraid the POFA 2012 gave the right for registered keeper's details to be disclosed (again it is in the Newbie thread)0

Fair enough it was worth a go0 -
What? Don't tell me you have misunderstood the above post and think we were saying you don't stand a chance at appeal?!!!!! Please tell me I am wrong and that you DID understand that 4ConsumerRights was telling you merely that you don't stand a chance of telling the DVLA not to release your data.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
