If you bought them in store and they're not faulty. They don't have to do anything.0

As you made the purchase in a shop, you are entirely reliant on their exchange policy.
You have no statutory right to a refund or exchange unless the goods are faulty.
When making an in store purchase, it is always a good idea to consider the sale final, unless told otherwise.0 -
If you bought them online or mail order you may have rights under the DSR but if you bought them in store then there are no statutory rights of return for simply changing your mind or buying the wrong size etc.
Have you checked the companies own return policy? Do they allow returns? Does it state any exclusions?
Whilst you have no rights at all with CK as a last resort and for the sake of an email you could see if they would do anything. Its a long shot but decent manufacturers do occasionally help out even when they dont have to0 -
What are you to do? Buy him the correct size and accept you made a mistake.
You're not entitled to any kind of return.0 -
Put them on a hot wash and shrink them.0

its just a nightmare their exspensive pants and tho policy states exchange and refunds will be given within 28 days of purchase they are just disputing that for hygiene reasons they can not exchange but they are clearly unopend and i was not made aware of this upon purchase0

they are alredy to small haha0

If they are too big, give him lots of wobbleade, he will grow into them
If they are too small, ebay or use them as dusters0 -
Perhaps you could gift them to a male friend/relative?
Mind you they can look cute on girls too.0 -

You need to check the exact terms, if there is a hygiene exclusion or if its discretionary0
