I would expect that they should be part of their evidence pack, which MUST be sent to you prior to the case being heard. (Again, all covered in PP's guide).

Thanks bod. Already feeling much better after my initial near heart attack yesterday!

Should I be phoning excel to gain copies of all the ParkingChargeNotices sent (I know I was COMPLETELY stupid to bin them in the first place..)

You have more reading to do if you think :

    1. phoning a PPC once they have issued court papers to you, is a good plan

    and

    2. that they would actually send these now, this early in the process when you MUST acknowledge and formally defend the claim. Why would you TELL them you've binned their letters and hand them the case on a plate like some sort of victim? Sorry but they read this forum and will already be laughing their socks off so you need to research what to do to defend.

Please search & read over the weekend, other defences as posted in the cases I told you to search for 'SIP' and 'PCN(NW)' cases spring to mind as ones where people have posted fairly recent defence wording (end of 2013).
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
